Most fitness programs only focus on the physical. They tell you how to sweat, but they don't teach you how to manage the voice in your head, when life and the world's noise gets heavy.

The Stable Wreck Resilience Camp is a local, structured 4-weekend program designed for teens and adults who want to bridge that gap. By combining high-stimulus endurance training, local trail runs, and practical mental coaching, this camp will push your limits and give you the psychological tools to handle adversity—both on the trail and in daily life.

Whether you are looking to conquer your first long-distance run or simply want to build a more resilient mindset, this camp provides the environment, the coaching, and the community to get you there.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON
Trail Running & Endurance: Learn pacing, efficiency, and how to navigate local terrain safely while building a deep physical gas tank.

Functional Fitness: Build the structural strength, stability, and movement patterns required to handle high-demand endurance output.

Mental Toughness Coaching: Practical mindset strategies to help you break down overwhelming challenges, manage stress, and push past comfort zones.

CAMP DETAILS
Who It’s For: Teens & Adults (Ages 16+). All fitness levels are welcome—you don't need to be an elite athlete, you just need a willingness to show up and give effort.

Duration: 4 consecutive weekly sessions.

Location: Mount Diablo Foothills.

Schedule: Saturday and/or Sunday mornings at 8:00 AM.

BE A PART OF THE INAUGURAL COHORT
We are keeping our first-ever "Beta" camp strictly limited to a small group to ensure high-quality, hands-on coaching.

Because this is our pilot program, we are waiving the standard camp registration fee. We only ask for a nominal $50 commitment deposit to secure your slot, ensure accountability, and help cover program overhead. In exchange, we just ask for your focused effort and your honest feedback at the end of the 4 weeks.
